It is important to us that you have the best possible experience using our MECCA COSMETICA SPF products. If for some reason this isn’t the case, please contact us at customercare@meccacosmetica.com

Change of mind

You are welcome to return your product within 30 days of the date it arrived to you, so long as the product is unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

Damaged or faulty product

Care has been taken to ensure your product is protected in transit, but in the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit or faulty upon arrival, please contact us at customercare@meccacosmetica.com within seven days of receiving your item to provide relevant details and photographs (where applicable).

1. Firstly, please ensure that your product is unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. 
2. Contact our customer care team at customercare@meccacosmetica.com and provide your reason for return, order number (this can be found in your confirmation email) and any other relevant information.
3. You will receive an email detailing return instructions and next steps. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the product, excluding shipping, on the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Please note: shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (including sales or bank holidays), extreme weather, or other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.

Please note: in such unlikely instances, we work closely with our wide network of delivery providers to find alternate solutions.

Online orders are processed and shipped from England, therefore will be subject to bank holidays in England.

We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Please note: During peak periods (including sales, Bank Holidays or the day after Bank Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed, which can be used to track the progress of your delivery.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please contact us at customercare@meccacosmetica.com and our team will assist you with your enquiry.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@meccacosmetica.com. If you have not received your order within four business days, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to, or cancelled. 

Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within the United Kingdom (inc. Northern Ireland).

Yes, the formula of To Save Face SPF50+ Superscreen is the same in the UK and Australia. The only difference is that the UK label is slightly different to cater to specific regulatory copy requirements in Europe.  

While there is no current regulatory definition of ‘reef-safe’ in the UK we can confirm that the MECCA COSMETICA To Save Face SPF50+ Superscreen formulation does not contain oxybenzone or octinoxate. It does contain octocrylene and avobenzone.

The MECCA COSMETICA To Save Face SPF50+ Superscreen is suitable for children. Like with any new product, we recommend patch testing first and speaking with your healthcare professional should you have any ingredient concerns before use. We always recommend reading the label, following the directions for use and reapplying every two hours (and after swimming, excessive perspiration or towelling). Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear protective clothing, eyewear and a hat. We recommend that you keep babies and children out of direct sunlight. Reducing the quantity of sunscreen applied will lower the level of protection significantly. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat.
